The mission behind Salon Sweets has always been to uplift woman, encourage positive self-esteem, to make woman blossom, to take their ideas, vision and make it a reality through hair care , style & beauty. There is something unifying in this process, not only during this one-on-one experience but also within the beauty culture.

Patricia strongly encourages her clients to take care of their natural hair, not solely depending on extensions. She has been successful with transitioning 90% of her clients to natural, relaxer free, healthy hair. Patricia states, "We don't depend on extensions, we don't need extensions, we choose to wear them, and we can also choose not to wear them and still be as beautiful, as sexy without them."  She believes all women are beautiful, with no specifications on color, age, and gender.
